I’m an experienced Marketing Program Manger focused on user experience and community. I’m an artist, writer, and an avid reader with a witty sense of humor.

In my work, I aim to bring a thoughtful, detail-oriented approach that balances both efficiency and a strong user-centric focus. I thrive in environments where ambiguity exists, seeing it as an opportunity to create structure and clarity. My love for tackling tedious tasks allows me to dive deep into projects, ensuring every detail is polished and thoughtfully executed. I’m passionate about organization, clear communication, and setting well-defined expectations, because I believe these elements are key to delivering a seamless, positive experience for everyone involved. Whether it’s refining a process or improving a product, I’m always driven to create solutions that make a real impact.

Amazon Web Services

2022 – Current

In my current role, I lead the development and optimization of website strategies, driving growth and enhancing user experiences across global conference sites. By leveraging user data and market insights, I helped achieve 99% of our revenue target three weeks ahead of schedule, while increasing unique visits by 45% and contributing to $41.9 million in annual sales. I implemented a post-event strategy that boosted site traffic by 47%, reaching 5.5 million visits. I also improved site architecture for high-traffic conference sites, enhancing user engagement, and conversion rates. By streamlining project management with Critical Path Method (CPM) and KPI dashboards, I improved communication and efficiency. Additionally, I’ve fostered strategic partnerships to increase content inclusivity and led efforts to optimize workflows and site improvements across teams.

Amazon

2015 – 2022

In my previous role, I led the execution of over ten large-scale events annually for 2,000+ Amazon employees in Boston, increasing participation by 50%. I quickly adapted during the COVID-19 pandemic, delivering nine virtual events to sustain employee engagement and moral. I championed the Bar Raiser program, boosting participation by 86% and supporting a 55% annual growth rate. Additionally, I managed site operations across five Boston locations, collaborating with senior leadership to set growth objectives and improve campus operations. I worked with GREF Events to expand support to AMER sites and served as the liaison between Amazon Corporate Public Relations and Boston offices to enhance visibility for community and culture initiatives. My program management included developing agendas, leading meetings, and tracking data to inform key decisions.

In my free time, I'm always exploring new creative outlets and diving into things that fuel my curiosity. Writing has been a passion since I was 10, and while I started by writing song lyrics, my journey led me to Berklee College of Music for Songwriting. Now, I mostly write poetry and essays, often on topics that keep me up at night—things I’m eager to explore more in a book one day.

In 2024, I read 120 books, the majority of which were fiction, marking a shift in my reading habits after a decade of leaning toward non-fiction. I also pushed myself to learn new skills like embroidery, paper flower making, and gardening, and despite my best efforts, I learned that pottery isn’t for me!

My experiences, including sustaining a brain injury, have deepened my awareness of ableism, which has fueled my passion for creating more inclusive user experiences. Life, for me, is all about continuous learning and growth, and in 2025, I'm excited to tackle goals like reading 50 books, pursuing career advancement, and taking a road trip to gather inspiration for my book. Along the way, I plan to reconnect with my family, improve my Fortnite skills, and keep up my obsession with Taylor Swift music.

In my next role, I am looking for the opportunity to be a strategic partner within a design leadership team, where I can drive key business initiatives and advocate for strong user experience across the organization and with external customers. I want to work closely with senior leadership, including Senior Directors and DesignOps counterpart, to improve organizational effectiveness—whether through implementing new processes, planning engaging events, identifying training needs, or selecting the right tools.

I’m excited by the chance to optimize collaboration across Product Management, Engineering, Design, and Creative teams, helping to unlock productivity and ensure alignment around objectives. Ultimately, I’m eager to lead and manage design operations programs that drive both efficiency and impact within the design organization.
